The play of colors is created by multiple applications of acrylic paint. Not every color "matches" every other color. It's not as easy as it looks.

I exclusively use artist's paints from well-known manufacturers. All artworks receive a final varnish for acrylic paints. This varnish protects against UV radiation, dust, and dirt, is age-resistant, and gives my works a slightly glossy surface of archival quality.
