This work "Camouflage," created with acrylic paint, scratching techniques, and multi-layered applications, is more than just a piece of art.

It is an unfolding process. Step by step, it offers the viewer (and myself) the opportunity to recognize, integrate, and stand by their own aspects in life.

While working on it, each new painting process revealed new facets, opening up new perspectives. Not everything in this work is revealed. But that's okay.

A bit of self-protection resonates, and precisely therein lies the authenticity: life is a continuous discovery of one's true personality.

I exclusively use artist-grade paints from well-known reputable manufacturers. All artworks receive a final varnish for acrylic paints. This varnish protects against UV radiation, dust, and dirt, is age-resistant, and gives my works a slightly glossy surface of archival quality.
